Stretching Instruction for Groups

Work with Monika, an RMT who has over a decade of experience, to guide a customized stretching routine for your conference, seminar, workshop, webinar, retreat, or online/public audience. 

Monika will share her knowledge, insights, and expertise with your group to improve flexibility, range of motion and overall physical wellnes.

During Stretching Instruction for Groups with Monika, she will:

1. Demonstrate proper stretching techniques: showing how to perform stretches correctly to prevent injury and maximize each stretch benefits.

2. Provide guidance: offering verbal cues and corrections to help participants understand and perform stretches most effectively.

3. Create customized routines: tailoring each stretching program to meet the group’s needs, whether for sports, rehabilitation, or general flexibility improvement.

4. Ensure safety: offering verbal modifications when needed to prioritize safety.

5. Motivate and encourage: engaging and motivating the audience throughout the stretching session.

6. Educate: explaining the benefits of stretching, such as reducing muscle tension, improving posture, and preventing injuries.

Monika’s mission is to help individuals achieve their stretching goals and maintain overall physical well-being by sharing her experience and expertise. She provides her knowledge of human musculature, techniques that have worked for her clients in the past and highlights common mistakes that most individuals make while stretching.
